To help ensure that our products are sold, shipped, and used in a lawful and compliant manner, please read this notice carefully before selecting, purchasing, or using any Skyeye UAV product.

Lawful Civilian Use Only

Skyeye UAV products are intended for lawful civilian use only. Any illegal use, military use, or use in violation of applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions, or other regulatory requirements is strictly prohibited.

Customer Compliance Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selection, purchase, import, export, resale, transportation, possession, and use of Skyeye UAV products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdictions, including requirements relating to the end user, end use, and destination.

Additional Documentation for Certain Products

Due to the locations of certain suppliers for certain products, warehouse locations, logistics routes, and applicable export control, customs, or other policy and compliance requirements, certain products may require additional documentation during order review, shipment, export, delivery, or related service processes.

Such documentation may include an End-User Certificate (EUC) and/or other supporting materials, including but not limited to:

• End-use Description
• Destination Details
• Import Permits

If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, or if the submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or raises compliance concerns, Skyeye reserves the right to pause review, refuse or delay shipment, cancel the order, or suspend related services.

Products Obtained Through Unauthorized Channels

Products obtained through unauthorized, irregular, or non-compliant channels may not be eligible for technical support, after-sales service, warranty coverage, or other related commitments from Skyeye UAV.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skyeye shall not be held liable for any risks, losses, penalties, or third-party claims arising from unauthorized resale, unlawful export, military use, or any violation of this notice by the customer or third parties.
